About InTec

InTec, an operational group of ANSER, Inc., is based in Fairfax, Virginia. With personnel on sites in Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland, Missouri, Georgia, New Mexico, and deployed locations OCONUS.

Formed, in 2004 with a single individual on contract at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), InTec has experienced double digit growth annually with work spanning the Intelligence Community (IC) and other Federal Agencies. InTec has been regularly recognized by Washington Technology and Inc Magazine as a fast growing and innovative company. That growth was achieved through superior service to our customers and employee loyalty. In 2009 and 2011 we received a Northern Virginia Family Services Companies as Responsible Employers (CARE) Award for our excellent work life balance and the Washington Post Top Workplaces award in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2021. Bruce Donaldson

Mr. Donaldson has over 30 years of military and civilian experience serving his country. This dedication and love of country underscores the ethics which drive InTec to provide the best possible service at reasonable cost to our customers. Mr. Donaldson served 21 years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with duty in a combat engineering billet in USAEUR during the Cold War and numerous Joint billets to include JSTPS, USSTRATCOM, DMA, NIMA, NGA, and the Royal Australian Survey Regiment. He has extensive experience in systems engineering and geospatial intelligence. Mr. Donaldson has been at the forefront of the computerization of mapping and its use in intelligence analysis for the past 3 decades. Mr. Donaldson is a graduate of the State University of NY at Buffalo where he received a BA in geology; University of Southern California, where he received a Master of Science in Systems Management, and George Mason University, Master of Science in Cartographic and Geographic Sciences. Mr. Donaldson is a strong support of Scouting, having achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and a proud parent of two Eagle Scouts.

Nate Copeland

Mr. Copeland has over 30 years of experience providing organizational leadership, strategy, operations, developing customer relationships, shaping business opportunities, leading high performing teams, and delivering world class service in the Defense and Intelligence industries. Starting his career in the military, Nate served as an Air Force Imagery Intelligence Officer in multiple assignments including as an intelligence analyst and exploitation manager at the 548th Reconnaissance Technical Group on Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, as an analyst supporting sensitive HQ Air Force Programs, as the USCENTCOM (Rear) Imagery Division Chief during Operation Desert Storm, and as an Air Force Departmental Requirements Officer (DRO). Following the Air Force, Nate spent 19 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. developing a portfolio business in world-class analytic services within the United States Intelligence Community (IC). Following Booz Allen, Nate was a Senior Director of Business Development at BAE Systems, Inc. There he developed and managed a qualified pipeline of opportunities across the US Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and the Civil Federal Government market space. Nate is a graduate of Shenandoah University, a life member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and an active volunteer with the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF).

Robbie Donaldson

Mr. Donaldson is responsible for the full Human Resources life cycle of the company. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management. He has more than 10 years of Human Resources experience, including 8 years specifically in the government contracting world. His experience crosses the full spectrum of Human Resources including recruiting and manpower, benefits management and administration, corporate policies, employee relations and government compliance and reporting. While with Management systems Designers, Inc. (now a Lockheed Martin Company) he managed the Human Resources Department, overseeing the company grow from 200 employees to over 500 at his departure. In his years at the Wexford Group International (now a CACI Company) he helped the Human Resources Department grow the company and leverage the business into a lucrative acquisition by CACI.

Todd Harrod

Mr. Harrod has over 35 years of leadership and operational experience supporting intelligence operations worldwide. A 24-year Army veteran, Todd accumulated experience with NATO, Special Operations Forces, the US State Department and Interagency coordination related to real-world operations while serving more than 17 years abroad. After retiring from the Army, Todd served as the European Regional Manager for SAIC- providing business development, capture management and program management. His teams supported USEUCOM, USAREUR, and helped stand-up USAFRICOM. Following SAIC, Todd lead Mission Essential Personnel’s (MEP’s) expansion into intelligence operations. In 2015, Todd accepted a Division Manager role at Vencore, serving as the DIA Account Manager. Todd has an MBA from The College of William & Mary, Leading Professional Service Firms and Finance for Senior Executives certificates from the Harvard School of Business, and he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He also received the prestigious Knowlton Award for distinctive service to the Army’s Military Intelligence (MI) Corps for demonstrating the highest standards of integrity and moral character and for exceptional professional competence.

Susan Bittle

Susan joined the InTec team in April 2017 as the Director of Finance. She is responsible for all aspects of Finance, Accounting and Pricing. Susan brings with her 20 years of experience primarily in Government Contracting. She began her career with Lockheed Martin as part of their Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). From there, she spent 3 years at Nextel Communications before returning to the government contracting world. While at Northrop Grumman, she worked as a Program Control Manager working to build a new organization with common processes and procedures. In 2007, Susan returned to Lockheed Martin, and eventually Leidos (as part of a merger), where she held various roles within Business Operations with progressively increasing responsibility, to include Competitive Pricing, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Finance Manager on a large development program. Her most recent role was as Business Operation Manager for a $300M program portfolio where she was responsible for all financial aspect from pricing strategy on new business to execution of active contracts to financial close out. She is a 2 time graduate from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She also holds a Masters of Arts in International Business from Groupe Ecole Superieure in Rennes, France.

Kat Tran

Katie (Kat) Tran has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and has served as an Industrial Security Professional with experience in DoD Industrial Security since 2004. She also has Human Resources experience having served at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency working Human Development and Policy. She is a member of the National Classification Management Society (NCMS), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and nearing completion of her Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification.

Patti Jukanovich

Part of the InTec team since 2016, Patti Jukanovich, Director of Contracts, leads cradle to grave contract administration, pricing, proposal support, and subcontract administration. She brings over 17 years of government and public sector experience. Prior to joining InTec, Ms. Jukanovich was a Senior Contracts Director for the Intelligence & Security Sector of BAE Systems Inc. She was responsible for overseeing all contractual aspects of the Global Information Technology Solutions business area, valued at more than $500M in annual sales. Prior to that, she served in a variety of contract leadership positions at Lockheed Martin serving Intelligence, Military, Federal and Civilian customers. Patti is a veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF) where she served as an officer and contracting officer at Wright Patterson AFB and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Patti graduated with a business degree from the University of Hawaii.

Greg Point

Mr. Point has over 35 years of experience providing program management, intelligence analysis, operations research, data science, and technical systems engineering to the Intelligence Community. Greg served his military career as a Naval Cryptologist, including multiple tours of duty supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), as well as serving in the Navy’s Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) office, the U.S. 7th Fleet Cryptologic Support Group (CSG) in Kamiseya, Japan; and Naval Security Group commands in Edzell, Scotland and Misawa, Japan. Upon retiring from the Navy, Greg spent 17 years at Welkin Associates, providing program management, systems engineering, analysis, and customer outreach support to the NRO, The U.S. Coast Guard, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). Greg also served as Welkin’s Deputy Operations Director for the company’s NRO portfolio, as well as Welkin’s Business Development Director. Greg joined the InTec family in 2016, having worked closely with InTec over the past several years. Greg is a 1981 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, having majored in Mathematics; and is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, majoring in Electrical Engineering. Greg is active in several industry business forums, including being a founding member of the Chantilly Business Forum.

Leslie Tanner

Leslie Tanner is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with 14 years of government contracting experience incorporating a successful history in full lifecycle recruiting, management, mentoring and training. Joining InTec from BAE Systems, Inc., she was and is recognized by leadership and peers as a results driven professional providing superior support to customers by building relationships based on a solid foundation of delivery performance and trust. Candidates appreciate Leslie's acknowledgment that a career change is a big decision affecting, not only the individual, but the entire family. She works closely with candidates to identify the right position allowing for a advancement, customer success and provides continuous support through the on-boarding process. Moe Kader

Moe Kader is a Senior Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner with over 10 years of experience in full- life cycle recruiting including  seven years of recruiting for major contracts with DoD, NSA and other US Government agencies.  Moe successfully recruited and hired candidates with US Government security clearances including Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and both CI and Full-Scope Polygraphs.  Moe possesses a unique industry network of thousands of contacts in the Defense and Intelligence Communities and  now looks to help InTec grow its business within the Federal & Civilian agencies.  Moe is a valued business partner who looks for customer satisfaction and making sure each candidate experience is great by creating a positive outcome for both candidates and customers alike.  Moe earned his BA degree from California State University Stanislaus and his MA in Communications from the University of Phoenix.  He also earned his Human Resource Management Certificate from George Mason University.  His focus is always delivering the right candidate for each unique customer’s mission success.

Nicole Gibson

Nicole Gibson has 14 years of professional experience providing support to HR processes, accounts payable, facility security, program management, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining InTec, Nicole was a Senior Technical Recruiter at Emerging Technologies Group (ETG) (now ManTech International), as a Senior HR Generalist/Senior Technical Recruiter and FSO for KenRob, Inc., and as a HR Generalist and Recruiter, for Intelligent Decisions, Inc. A graduate of Longwood University, Nicole is a valued business partner who is sensitive to candidate needs, driven by customer satisfaction, and dedicated to identifying the right professionals for our customer's mission success.

Duane McHenry

Duane McHenry, Vice President NGA Business Unit

Mr. McHenry has over 30 years of military and civilian experience serving his country by providing organizational leadership and developing and leading high performing individuals and teams. Mr. McHenry served 27 years in the United States Air Force supporting and managing Communications and Network Operations around the world. Delivering communications traffic in Europe at Royal Air Force Base Croughton England, conducting Testing and Integration at 47th Comm Group Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado, supervising operations at the AUTODIN Switching Center (ASC) at the 1956 Comm Group Yokota AB Japan to leading airman as the Superintendent of the 39th Comm Squadron, Network Control Center, Incirlik AB Turkey. Mr. McHenry served permanently and temporarily at several other locations worldwide during his career. He retired from military service as the Senior Enlisted Leader, Global Information Grid, Operations Directorate, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). He joined InTec after retirement from the military and has been aligned to several positions, projects and programs. He was a member of the Network engineering/integration team for PSI Block 2 Inc 11, supporting transition; selected as the Chief Integration Engineer/Deputy for GEOINT Information Management System (GIMS); led the GeoScout contractor support for NGA Expeditionary Architecture; served as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) and Program Manager. Mr. McHenry holds an Associate of Applied Science, Information Systems Management, from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Science degree, Business Administration, from Regis University and a Master of Arts degree, Computer Resource/Information Systems Management, from Webster University. He is a certified Project Manager (PMP), SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master. He is a life member of The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).

Nancy Neville

Nancy joined InTec in May 2018 and is our Accounting Specialist. Prior to joining InTec, Mrs. Nevill was an Accounts Receivable with The Potomac School for over 6 years. She was responsible for the full accounts receivable function in non-profit Independent Education. She has thorough knowledge of accounting, billing and improving procedures and controls. Prior to that, she was the Billing Associate with Computer Science Corporation (CSC) for over a year. She oversees the preparation of complex invoices for government and commercial contracts & unbilled analysis. Her duties include, but are not limited to, managing receivables and payables, employee reimbursements & timesheet collection. Nancy received her Accounting Certification from University of Virginia in 2016. She is a graduate from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Jenna Franks

Jenna joined the InTec team in January 2017 and is primarily responsible for running the office on a day to day basis as well as coordinating events, providing support to Human Resources and Payroll, travel coordination, and managing InTec’s awards and charity programs. Prior to joining InTec, Jenna brings a mix of experience consisting of 7 years as a residential Property Manager, and 2 years as an Office Manager for a mid-sized company. Jenna received her Human Resource Management Certification from Northern Virginia Community College and has an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation through Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Michael Shelton

Michael Shelton is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s in English. He began his career in late 2015 with InTec and is excited to learn and grow with the company, providing support as a technical writer and editor of the InTec InFormer Newsletter.
