InTec Contracts

Current Contracts


PACTS II establishes a suite of Department-wide Indefinite- Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for non-IT (Program Management, Technical, Operations (Clerical), and Administrative) services that will enable DHS to accomplish their mission objectives. As an awardee under PACTS II, Intec will offer a broad range of services and solutions to fulfill component and departmental service needs. Eagle II

The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) contract provides IT Support Services for the Information Technology Acquisition Center (ITAC), within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO). EAGLE II is an IDIQ contract vehicle, specifically designed as the preferred source of IT services for the majority of the DHS's enterprise infrastructure and initiatives. EAGLE II has three Functional Categories. InTec is a core subcontractor under EAGLE II 8(a) Functional Category 1 (FC1 - Service Delivery) which includes the following service areas: Integration; Software Design/Development; and, Operations & Maintenance.


InTec has partnered with and is subcontracting to both restricted and unrestricted primes for SIA II. This program addresses a wide range of analytic initiatives in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).


InTec, LLC of Fairfax, VA has been awarded two contracts by the US Marshals Service to provide Instructional Systems Development (ISD) and Distance Learning Support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA.

OUSD(I) Coalition and Reserve Intelligence Integration

InTec, LLC of Fairfax, VA was awarded a contract by Washington Headquarters Services to provide Coalition and Reserve Intelligence Integration policy and planning support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSD(I)).


The U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Atlantic Integrated Cyber Operations (ICO) Pillar contract is an IDIQ vehicle that provides for engineering services and engineering solutions associated with Integrated Cyber Operations and related capability areas. The ICO Portfolio brings a close coupling between engineering, development and operational services focused on computer network defense, computer network exploitation, and computer network attack. InTec is a subcontractor on an 8(a) competitive set aside team supporting all current and future SPAWAR Atlantic sponsors and customers.

INSCOM Global Intelligence

The U.S. Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) IDIQ contract for Global Intelligence (GI) services supports the Army's need for fully integrated intelligence, security, information operations and related support. The INSCOM GI contract will provide responsive, competitive acquisition of services for current and future Army Intelligence, Security, and Information Operations requirements and related support services. InTec has partnered with and is subcontracting to both restricted and unrestricted primes for this important INSCOM acquisition.

SOCOM Wide Mission Support Group

The objective of the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Wide Mission Support (SWMS), Group B IDIQ contract is to obtain professional services in support of global day-to-day operations at SOCOM and its components. SWMS Group B is a small business set aside for Education and Training, Management Support, and Administrative Services that will provide support to SOCOM organizations involved in the training of Special Operations Forces (SOF). InTec is a core subcontractor to People Technology and Processes.

Worldwide Communications and Infrastructure Support

The U.S. Army PEO-EIS/I3C2 Worldwide Communications and Infrastructure Support (WICS) BOA includes the full extent of services and supplies required to deliver global WCIS capabilities in support of the PEO-EIS I3C2 mission set. I3C2 is the primary program responsible for acquiring and delivering the network capabilities required to ensure a single Army network from each post/camp/station to the tactical edge. InTec is a partner on the WICS BOA and proudly supports the IT needs of our warfighters.


NAVSEA has awarded multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts (InTec is a subcontractor)for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy's Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions.

GSA Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)

InTec, LLC was awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Management Organizational and Business Improvement Services Schedule (MOBIS), Contract GS-02F-0057X, in December 2010. InTec's contract was renewed in 2016 as a Professional Services Schedule (PSS) contract and the first option exercised through 2020 with additional options through 2030. The purpose of the schedule is to provide a full range of business services and related support products for consulting, facilitation, training, program and project management support, and related support products. Through the following Special Item Numbers (SINs), InTec provides a full range of professional services and solutions to meet government agencies' needs:

The General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded InTec a 5-year GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) (IT 70) contract (7/17-7/22). The IT 70 Schedule covers delivery of a broad range of general purpose, systems engineering, cloud, commercial IT equipment, software and services. InTec has been approved to compete as a prime contractor for awards under category (SIN) 132-51—Information Technology Professional Services—which include resources and facilities management, database planning and design, systems analysis and design, network services, programming, conversion and implementation support, network services project management, data/records management, and related services.
